By accessing or using SlideAi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SlideAi is an AI-powered presentation generator that creates PowerPoint presentations based on user-provided topics and preferences. The Service is provided by CodeCom.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits System

Free Credits:

• Registered users receive 3 free credits per day
• Free credits reset automatically at midnight (00:00) each day
• Unused free credits do not roll over to the next day
• Guest users receive 3 generations per day (tracked by session)

Purchased Credits:

• Purchased credits are added to your account immediately after payment
• Purchased credits do not expire and remain until used
• Free daily credits are used first before purchased credits
• All credit purchases are non-refundable

5. Pricing & Payments

We offer the following credit packages (prices in Ghana Cedis):

• Standard: ₵5 for 5 credits
• Plus: ₵10 for 15 credits (Best Value)
• Premium: ₵20 for 25 credits

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create presentations containing hate speech or discriminatory content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate misleading or fraudulent content
• Attempt to bypass credit limitations or manipulate the system
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the topics and ideas you submit. The generated presentations are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.

Our Service: SlideAi, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by CodeCom. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Please understand that:

• Content is generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content
• Generated content should not be used as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server problems
• Third-party service outages (AI providers, payment processors)
• Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideAi and CodeCom shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content
• Issues arising from third-party services

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to exploit or harm the Service

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
